The following are the factors that contribute to people becoming refugees (i.e. causes)
1. Political instabilities in the form of war. Example of these are the Sudan refugees in Uganda. Since war drives people out of their houses, they are forced to become refugees like what is happening in the ISIS controlled places.
2. Natural disasters such as landslides, floods, hurricanes, and etc. Since theses disasters destroys a person’s home, this causes them to move to a new location because they may have nothing after the aftermath of the disaster.
3. Crime such as drug cartels forcing people out of their homes.
