A point of view is the narrator of the whole story.
There are three types of point of views: first, second and third point of view.
In first person point of view, is when one of the characters is the narrator
and usually describes things using ‘I’. Second point of view is a bit
challenging because it includes the reader in the story by saying ‘you’. Third
person point of view is someone not included in the story and can be objective
third person – narrator only shares the facts and no emotions; limited third person
– includes feeling and emotions and omniscient third person – narrator partly
reveals both the emotions and facts. In the choices above, c. Bierce focuses
only on Farquhar and his thoughts, is the best answer.
