Dr. marvin is the head of a group of emergency room physicians. he reports to dr. diehl. dr. diehl has told dr. marvin, "just do as i tell you, and you'll be fine." what style of leadership should dr. marvin expect from dr. diehl when it comes to helping make decisions, etc.

Autocratic leadership which is also called authoritarian leadership (because of its style of course), where one person have a command over all decisions and a group of the subordinates have a little say in that. These kind of leaders follow their own instincts and do not like to follow others (subordinates) advice.
