The lengths of the top and bottom of the rectangle are
[tex]91 + 91 = 182[/tex]
Now if you join both semicircles you get a full circle with diameter 58. To find the length use the circumference formula
[tex]58\pi[/tex]
If you add the two lengths together you get
[tex]182 + 58(3.14) = 364.12 \: m[/tex]
Remember its length so 364.12 meters
