if the line is parallel them m =⅔
so u have
y-5/x-4 = ⅔
3y-15= 2x-8
3y-2x =-8+15 = 7
-2x+3y=7 or 2x-3y=-7this is the standard form

while y= ⅔x +7/3 is the intercept form
