Please help, 1. it is 3:00 a.m and you are woken up by your neighbors who are fighting. It seems to be a regular occurrence, except this time they are yelling louder than usual. Their fighting does not only disrupt your sleep but all of the neighboring houses. The answer is C I should know I have neighbors like that
The answer is (B) Disorderly conduct, which is usually an act that threatens harmonious condition and tend to have lesser form of punishment

It couldn't be considered as vargrancy if there is no homeless involved. 
It couldn't be considered as aggravated assault if there is no threat with weapons or physical harm being done.
It couldn't be considered liquor law violation if there is no alcoholic substance involved.
