what's somewhat likely, the medicine would be much more adapted with the dieses we would have in THIS time frame, but over time the illnesses might have also adapted with the medicine even so in that much time the types of medicine could have gotten even weaker and the illness we would fight we couldn't most people would have to depend on their own immune system's.
