the graph is higher on the vertical, y-axis, but stays the same slope of 4/1...
remember that when you draw your graph put in your coordinate first which is your given y-intercept, (0,4). and your slope is the rise (vertical) over the run (horizontal), y-axis/x-axis. since your slope is 4, the numerator is 4 and 1 is your denominator. since 4 is positive and 1 is positive you will move 4 upwards and 1 to the righ. if the numbers would have been opposite you would move your slope 4 downwards and 1 to the left.
