Below is the narrative writing of my strengths and weaknesses.
To begin with the my strengths and weakness, I realized not long ago. I had my own insecurities and strengths when it came to working with people .
I realized I had very good level of patience probably because I was the older in my home and could take my responsibilities without any issues. I loved to take care of my younger ones and it came natural to me. I knew this even when I was teaching kids and students, which needed a lot of patience.
When it comes to weaknesses I guess its the the way to do work, I thrive for perfection and this becomes an issue if I don't achieve the perfection overall in my work.
