I think it is the best answer among the choices. From what data I read, Mo Yan said of  his Nobel win that it is a literature victory, not a political victory. Thus, exploring political issues in his Nobel speech is not constructive nor appropriate. 

I just took the test and the answer is B. Because he doesn't talk about political issues in his fiction.
