Helpful person like Parents always talk to and listen to their children. Explain the reasons behind your rules so your child will understand your values. Listen to your child and be open to hearing their feelings and suggestions. Reasoning with your child will help them learn self-regulation and how to behave when no one support.
Unhelpful person are toxic type whose behavior adds negativity and upset to your life. Many times, people who are toxic are dealing with their own stresses and traumas. To do this, they act in ways that don't present them in the best light and usually upset others along the way.
