Is this a good thesis statement for suffering as entertainment for the hunger games or can you write me a new one please.
"The hunger games illustrate the theme of suffering as entertainment because they send kids to die in the hunger games. For example, Rue didn’t have to die but it was because of the selfishness of the capital."

Once The Hunger Games begin, the ruthless and cruel behaviour of the career tributes is another example of how 'sick' the whole affair is. The tributes kill their first victim, Glimmer mocks her. When the career tributes pursue Katniss, they treat it like a game.
