I can't see the article sorry. From what I already know teachers sometimes see it as just their job but others see it as their mission. The ones who see it as their mission see helping students learn is what they are meant to do. However, the ones who see it as just their job see teaching students as like something they do just for work not something they enjoy. Hope this helps!
