I guess you should be honest with them , and tell them that you love talking with them …….. . Just be honest and if they reply you with a short answer just ignore them for the rest of your life . They are probably not the good person for you , but be always honest and try to talk about what they love…. . Don’t forget to not waste time on someone who don’t care about you okay?
