Creativity
When it comes down to it, creativity is one of the most important principles of art. I believe that creativity is an important aspect because some of the most beloved pieces of art come from a very creative place. Take Vincent Van Gogh's The Starry Night, for example. Although this painting represents a seemingly normal landscape, it almost seems surreal. This is mostly due to the more creatively-driven art style that Van Gogh chose to utilize.
Creativity is an artist's greatest asset.
