I would say A! I would say B is incorrect because he seems to be talking to someone and if he was shy he wouldn’t really bluntly ask where his ice cream cone is. I wouldn’t say he is greedy because it is his ice cream cone he is looking for not trying to take someone. And smart wouldn’t very much make sense for this sentence!
