Explanation:
I would take maybe my sled dog to get across the snow. I say a dog because they are good at pulling sleds and it would help me a lot. The dogs have good sence of hearing, so it would be good in case there was danger i cant hear. They also have good sence of smell, it would help me a lot if i needed help finding food! Instead of walking everywhere i could just go somewhere on the sled and the dogs would pull me!
