Richard = R & Teo = T

Richard & Teo are combined 41 it means R + T = 41

R = 8 + 2T

R + T = 41 #1

R = 8 + 2T #2

replace 2 in 1

8 + 2T + T = 41

8 + 3T = 41

3T = 41 -8 = 33

T = 11

R = 8 + 2*11 = 30

result = richard is 30 & teo is 11 years old.

2 times of Teo is 22

and 8 years older it means + 8

= 30
