You're going to create your own restaurant. One of the best ways to give information about a restaurant is through its menu, so that's what you'll create.

You can choose to make your menu a slide show on a computer or you can create it by hand. Just remember to be neat and creative, and use this project as a tool to help you remember your vocabulary about food, and maybe even discover a few more words.

WHAT TO INCLUDE:

Pictures of meals: Just like the menus of many restaurants, your menu should have at least three pictures of some feature items in each category of your menu.
Description of dishes: Give each dish a creative name in Spanish. Then, write a brief description in Spanish of what that dish includes.
Description of the restaurant: You'll need to give some background information on your restaurant. What kind of food does it offer? Why is it a great restaurant? Does the chef have any credentials? You can write a simple paragraph of five to eight sentences in Spanish, or you can include your sentences in the menu in another creative way.
Sections of menu: Your menu should have at least five categories. These sections may be the traditional breakfast, lunch, and dinner categories, or they may be daily specials, or you could be creative and come up with dishes for different moods. It's completely up to you. Just be creative!
