The additional body weight adversely affect physical status because the look ugly as well as increase the risk of major health problems. People who are overweight have different types of diseases such as heart disease, strokes, diabetes, cancer, and depression.

Incorrect choice of food, use of junk food and busy schedule and no time for exercise are some of the barriers and challenges to losing weight in the United states of America.

I suggest eating appropriate food having low fats and more fiber and regular exercise to mark in order to achieve a healthy weight so we can conclude that more body weight greatly affect our health as well as make our physical structure ugly.
