I believe that listening to others is critical because it allows good ideas to be exchanged. The way this could be achieved would be by waiting for your turn to speak and paying attention to others. Giving credit allows everyone to feel valuable. I would achieve this by including everyone's names in all documents and by praising others. Being patient allows the group to remain united, and I would achieve this by trying to control my anger and by ensuring everyone has time to develop ideas. Finally, I would allow people to use their own personal skills by asking everyone to focus on the task that they find easier and by paying attention to how everyone behaves throughout the project.
