Operant Conditioning is a tool that involves learning trough the result of behaviours, there are different types of behaviour reinforcements to shape not only animals but also human learning, like for example; Positive: which consists on giving the subject something possitive. Negative: which is all the contrary. Punishment, consisting on exposing the subject to a painful stimulus.
