A. the killing of Indian protesters at Amritsar
A group of Hindus, Muslims, and Indian Nationalists were meeting in a public park to protest the Rowlatt Act. The British noticed that this was against the ban of public meetings, so they shot at the crowd. At least 380 unarmed people were killed. This event occurred on April 13th, 1919.
