The Articles of Confederation include all the following information EXCEPT D.) All 13 states needed for approval of any laws.
Under the Articles of Confederation, the states were sovereign. The rules for the courts and Congress were stated. The rights of each state and the uniform rights for citizens were laid out.
Approval of any laws must be given by 9 out of 13 states or majority of the 13 states, not necessarily all states.
