We have the right type of atmosphere meaning we have the right mixture of carbon, oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen to sustain life.
We have water.
We also have the sun, which is crucial for the survival of animals and plants. Plants give off oxygen once they have converted the carbon that they "breath in."
