Muscle strength is a gradual process. There are a few things you must do.

First of all, you have to have a VERY healthy diet. Nutrients on healthy food will give your muscles the strength and energy they need to grow and grow strength.

Next, drink LOTS of water. Water washes toxins from you body, and helps with metabolism so you can lose weight. Your body uses water to produce perspiration. If you are dehydrated, your body will try to get moisture from other parts of your body. If this water is drained, you will lose energy and become exhausted. Every single muscle in your body NEEDS water to function properly. There is no way to build muscle without drinking water.

Also, you need to exercise, of course. Don’t overthink it though. You have to have balance. Don’t think that all you have to do to get muscle is do tons of strength exercises. While this is important, cardio and stretching is as well. It will help muscle develop from the strength exercises. Take rest days too let the muscle develop as well.

Last of all, you need to get sleep. When you are asleep your muscles absorb nutrients and will slowly strengthen and grow. If you get no sleep the muscles will not be able to develop.
