C.community service This is the right option.
Any student who wants to enter any educational institution ( high school, college or university) does not have to comply with community service activities. This type of activities could be done voluntarily by any person or could be done because of legal issues. They could be part of a punishment programme. Community service is related to doing any activity for the wellfare of a community. These can be sweeping streets; painting public places ; helping school or hospital staff; etc.. However, these activities are not neccesary to be admitted as a student.
These options are not right:
A.course history ( A student may have to account for passing a course in history to move on in his / her studies)
B.GPA ( Grade Point Average may be required from a student to move on).
D.test scores ( These are also requirements that a student may need if he / she wants to be admitted).
