lithosphere - the system of physical parts of Earth, such as rocks.

For example, since water makes up a huge part of the living things, it is very present in the biosphere. It also shapes the rocks - a lot of places in the lithosphere have the specific shape they have because they were shaped by the water.
Athmospere also provides oxygen and carbon dioxide, which are necessary for the biosphere (oxygen for animals, carbon dioxide for plants)
