a. Multidisciplinary physicians offices have it tough and focusing on CQI is really important.
b. Not all disciplines have the same requirements so in a setting where there are multiple, we need to have our fingers on the pulse daily to ensure we are in fact providing the best quality of care possible.
c. To achieve, they must provide continuing education either remotely or in the preferred "in-person", implementation of a team responsible for monitoring and updating protocols as the need arises for smooth transitions.
d. Additionally, the physicians must work collaboratively and understand one another's needs so that patients are never impacted negatively. They must always be adaptable as well to the changes including but not limited to new technologies and processes.
