About fifteen years ago, I inherited the family cottage. It is a seasonal dwelling that was built by my family using simple construction techniques. More than half a century has passed, and numerous repairs and improvements are required. Your team is to pick ONE of the phases in the WBS below and prepare an estimate of the amount of labour required, activity durations, costs and contingencies required to complete the phase. My vacation runs from April 1 to June 1, and I plan to pick two or three of the phases and complete them this summer. Where necessary, I will subcontract the work out to local trades.
