from the current view (layout view) add a title to the form header and change the text to: REVIEW press enter when you are finished
a) Click on the form header section, then select the Title option from the menu and modify the text to REVIEW press enter when you are finished.

b) Navigate to the form settings, select Header, and input the new title as REVIEW press enter when you are finished.

c) Access the form properties, choose the Header tab, and update the header text to REVIEW press enter when you are finished.

d) Double-click on the form header area, type REVIEW press enter when you are finished, and press Enter to confirm the changes.
