The communication process itself is by no means a perfect process. A variety of hindrances can potentially prevent a message from being successfully shared. This activity is important because managers should understand how to prevent or mitigate the effects communication barriers.
The goal of this exercise is to challenge your knowledge of the barriers to communication.

Aaron's boss gave him instructions on how to use the new digital sales platform. Aaron didn't ask any questions, so his boss assumed that Aaron understood.
